Who We Are

The Bicentennial City-County Public Library system is located at 825 Backus Street, Courthouse Basement. The Bicentennial City-County Public Library provides print/copy/fax services to all residents living within the Paducah and Cottle County boundaries.

The Library's circulation collection is vast and diverse.  It is the focus of our work.  From classic titles and new releases to digital and technological features, our library has something for everyone.
